Halfmoon Bay Ventures is a holding company I started after several years in strategy consulting, working alongside talented people from across the globe. It convinced me that Germany has access to some of the highest skilled people, backed by some of the world's best institutions.
Somewhere along the way, our system started favoring the old over the young, comfort over ambition, and we quietly accepted decline as the default setting. I don't buy that. My mission with Halfmoon Bay Ventures is to bring prosperity and perspective back to our generation, and rebuild the kind of togetherness that comes from actually winning again.
